Double-decker W/5 Engines In A Film (Pic)

In the futuristic "It's all about love" by Thomas Vinterberg, the film opens to a scene with this double-decker plane flying over some snowcapped mountains. I am sure this must have been discussed here before, couldn't find it.

I actually love the look of the plane, I think it is a great unifier for all the A and B worlds.

It looks like an MD11 fuselage with 744 wings to me. Hard to tell from that tiny picture.

It has the A380s Horrible Forhead... That's for sure... would certainly make for some interesting spotting...

the movie itself is not big deal. I didnt like it much. I just wanted to see the visuals more than anything, including that plane.
