Found this during a search. He mistakenly claims it is above BWI, but it is not.
It looks like STL to me.
Is it?

If so, then i think that was STL.

As others said, definetly STL without a doubt at the East Terminal of Southwest Airlines.

Above BWI, This is the view from the air over Baltimore-Washington International airport. I flew from there to Oklahoma City.

Uhm this seems to be a take off perhaps? I can't tell really. Im guessing he flew BWI-STL-OKC or reverse as this was in 2002.
