I think TWA's new paint job is much better than that Ichan era paint scheme thay had during the 1980s. Why don't you like it? In my opinion UAL is way too dark, British Airways is way to plain on the fusalage and a bit on the tail. Delta's new scheme would be better if the had a cheat line go over the windows and put some more blue on the engine cowlings. The tail is just fine to me.

I don't like the new Finnair livery. Their old design was much better. They should have stayed with it.
I think the best livery is Air India. They have maintained it for such a long time and I don't think that it requires modernisation.

Has to be Delta. Their new livery looks decidedly unfinished, more paint needed. The tail is great, but that white fuselage with no stripes or decoration whatsoever is really a bore.
Finnair follows a close second. What's with these unimaginative liveries these days???

The new Balkan Bulgarian livery is pretty awful. Resembles the new EL AL to remind everyone of the new Israel owners of the airline.

The new delta livery isn't that good. I agree with Avion when he said "Deltaflot." Delta's old-new livery was great. Why the heck did they get a new one? They have planes in 3 different liveries.

Your list is not bad, but TWA and LanChile in it?
These two airlines have excellent paintschemes, far above average.
But the new awful Delta Unfinished-livery is definetely a favourite for the title of "worst paintjob" of the year. Bad designers, blind management.
Also Air Pacific, who used to have a very nice livery. Now they are nothing but boring. This is an airline from tropical paradise? Looks more like a cheap European charter carrier now.

Have you noticed a lot of the world's liveries look like a bad case of a white-painted aircraft with appropriately-applied decals on parts of the plane?
Small wonder why people are grumbling about them. At least here in the USA airlines tend to have much more interesting color designs. From the blue and grey of United, the Desert grey and red of Southwest, the "polished chrome" look of American, the red and grey of Northwest, and so on, US-based air carriers definitely know how to do color schemes.

Even though Delta is my favourite airline, i hate what they have done to their colors. Both BA and BL have messed up their famous symblos, the speedbird and the delta "rivet".
And now, to all those people who dislike the new DL colours, this is just anothe work of LANDOR. Hate LANDOR. They dont know about the airline business. I love Delta's new-old livery, the new new livery looks like a livery of a startup carrier, not one that has a legacy of over 70 years.

Landor isn't that bad... screws up as much as other companies. A lot of us seems to like what they did with British Airways (before the 'world' theme).
I personally like the work they did for Canadian ("proud wings"). Yea, I know it was introduced at the worst possible time... but it's quite classy in a way.
Of course, it doesn't beat Air Canada. That livery is as contemporary as the latest ones, despite being almost 10 years old... AC's use of the "horizon" thing (at counters, etc) is way better than Finnair.

I just can't understand why you all caritisize the new Delta livery. IT"S AWESOME!!! I honestly don't think it harms the airline's image either. I mean the "rivet" is still there (a bit modified, OK). It has a fresh, modern look. If we are to thank the new CEO for the c/s:
THANK YOU MR. MULLIN!
Some of you have named SU. They got one of the coolest liveries too:
