Well yeah ! Lan Chile does officially have the best Tourist (Coach, Economy) Class Blankets in the entire comercial airline industry at this moment. They are cleverly toned with the tourist class cabin color scheme (The Spirit of the South of the World) and they are made entirely of Chilean Alpaca wool, !!the real thing!!, they are truly warm, soft and unique, not to mention traditional. Its good to know that some airlines, such as Lan Chile, still provide their Tourist Class passengers with products and amenities that aren't 'crappy', 'cheap' or 'useless'....can you name another "blanket friendly airline" ?

I've got an icelandair blanket. It's ancient - I used to have it in my cot I think. The cat sleeps on it now. Its not exactly alpaca wool. Its quite scratchy.I wouldn't mind a LanChile one. I used to have their screen saver installed, the one with the different clases and it all looked really luxurious.
