When I read the JAL timetable, I was amazed
by the flight JL54(Nagoya to Narita), which is a codeshare flight with AA and AF!! Then, the flight have 3 operators together!

Is there any flight with even more operators together?

On a flight from Brussels to Newark in 1997-1999, it used to be operated by SABENA with Swissair on behalf of CityBird.

Malaysia Airlines' service from Zagreb to Kuala Lumpur via Vienna carries 4 flight numbers - one each for Croatia Airlines, Lauda Air, Austrian Airlines and MAS itself who flies the 777-2H6ER.

A lot of the Scandiniavian and Lufthansa flights between Germnay and Scandinavia are code shared with SK, LH and United.

And most Singapore Airlines flights into Australia are code shared with Ansett Australia and Lufthansa.

I found this flight with 5 operators:

AC796, LAX-YYZ, also carries flight numbers NH1880, CP3796, UA3036, and NZ4296.

Now that Air Canada has taken over Canadian, many flights on either airline have both AC and CP codes already attached to them. AC flight 344 from SAN to YYZ is codeshared on by United and Canadian. Also, UA flight 2622 from SAN to LAX codeshares with both ANA and Air New Zealand.
