The picture was taken enroute Zürich to Orlando in 1998. It was shot out of a starboard window. Somewhere in the north-eastern USA/Canada some minutes/hours before we passed Connecticut/NYC.
The pic quality is very poor but if you know the airport you should recognize it. Looks military, one runway, huge concrete area.

It's probably KCEF, Westover Air Force Reserve Base near Springfield, MA. There is a C-5 AFRES squadron based there.

You know guys it also looks like MYR. Myrtle Beach. I can't really see if the ocean is in the picture because of the window in the way.
