I recently went to an air show in BRO, and noticed they added 2 extra RJ flights from express jet. With only two airbridges, what is the future for that airport?
since the early '90's they've only served service to IAH, any sort of changes in schedules or other destinations for this airport?
I personally think that BRO is bigger than MFE in airport land size, that can accomdate large aircraft.

I think HRL attracts most of the pax in Rio Grande Valley. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't WN sends 8+ 737s a day to HRL ? From HOU, SAT and AUS. That's more capacity than all of the ERJs in BRO and MFE combined.

But MFE dosen't recieve all RJ service, Just with CO, it has 5mainline jets, and 4 Rj's a day, AAhas 4 mainline, and DL 2 CRJ's a day
And techniclly, yes, HRL does have more passengers, and just off by the thousands than MFE, but in reality, MFE is the leading airport in the Rio Grande Valley, and not to mention, more destinaions.
HRL has service just inTexas, excluding Sun country(seasonal serviceto MSP)
