A friend of mine just got a F/A job with Ryan air and its for some kind of base they are starting up in St Louis.

I havent heard much about this company and really know nothing.

So whats the story? Does anyone know where they are going to fly and what a/c type they will be using?

My guess would be doing charter flights for Funjet Vacations.

The charters at the end of the east terminal (E-29-31) are operated by a variety of companies that change from time to time. Right now it's USA 3000 and Champion. For the longest time it was TransMeridian and Ryan, operating leased airplanes from various companies like Aer Lingus and some others with Apple Vacations stickers on them.

Ryan International. The flying is bid every year, sometimes they are set up big in Chicago, sometimes STL, just where ever the flying is. I have a friend that used to work for them. He did sports teams. They have planes set up with business class only for charters like that and a high volume coach set up for the vacation people.

That's long range for a B737NG! Just had to say it.  Wink
