It is RA-82080 and arrived from Hahn this morning, apparently it left at 13.15, not sure where to though!

No doubt it will appear on Ringway Reports this evening...

Cheers,
Noel

Ahh i thought the guy who told me about this last week was having a laugh.. I believe that MYT have a 330 down with a engine problem and this was in to pick up another engine. Its been in before on exactly the same purpose.

Yep thats correct. All going well the 124 should return to MAN tomorrow i think it is scheduled for. Was certainly a nice sight to see the beast at work today, certainly brightened up the ramp this morning!

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. As EWS said it was picking up an A330 engine, so the MYT machine must be AOG there.

Quoting EWS (Reply 3):
Its been in before on exactly the same purpose.

Think the last time it was in it was for an FCA 757 that was in ACE.

Saw one going over LHR this Afternoon sometime after 4.00pm heading east to west.
Think it could be the same one?

It definatly was operating for MYT the last time i saw it at MAN, now im talking about 2 years ago, i was on the ramp with some friends from MYT whilst they were loading the Engine. And it departed to Punta Cana last time, i remember it well as one of my freinds was there on holiday.

You are right though, it has been used for FCA @ ACE.

I believe that was a volgar machine, landed at EMA at 16:55.

Hehe, it is Volga Dniepr, though volgar is a humorous way of putting it. The Volga and the Dniepr are major rivers. It would be like calling an airline Thames Tay or Tyne Spey. I guess some of those are also RR engines, hehe.

There was a Polet 124 at TLS yesterday (4/10) morning, could this be related?

If not does anyone have any details on it'?

It was actually this AN22 that was used to take the RB211 to ACE in 2004;

I'm not sure your best bet is to keep checking Ringway Reports that will have the must updated news about its arrival.
