Do you mean 50 gates total, or more than 50 gates in the whole entire airport, or 50 gates in one terminal?

There are probably very few airports with gates JUST in the 50-55 range. All I know is Reno has 19, 9 on concourse B and 10 on concourse C.

JFK as well. Probably SFO as well...Stapleton airport in Denver also had over 50 gates. I was reading somewhere that it had more gates than DIA.

Memphis International might have around 50. I think STL has about 75. Does DTW have the most in the world?? If not which airport has the most gates??

SFO has 90 gates. Soon to be 114, when the International terminal opens. It is the largest international terminal in the US, with more gates than any other.
