AA Codeshares On EI Flights To LHR

Since when have AA had their flight numbers on EI flights to LHR? I was looking on the AA website at flights to LAX and the DUB-LHR EI flights have AA numbers on them. I knew AA had their flight numbers on EI flights to US

Just noticed AA numbers are on EI numbers to MAN too

I believe this started with the new summer timetables that came into effect March 31. It's just a handful of the flights . . . not all of the DUB-LHR-DUB flights.

Came as a surprise to me as well. Definitely good news . . . because if you do fly JFK-LHR-DUB for example you'll earn 3,452 miles for the JFK-LHR portion and 500 miles for the LHR-DUB if ticketed as an AA flight number. Will also count as a qualifying segment. Up to now if you ticketed yourself on the EI leg you earned no mileage unless in Y, H, K, J, C or D class.
