Does anyone know where the President or Al Gore will be travelling in the future with Air Force 1 and Air Force 2? And more specifically what times they will be landing and taking off at the airports they are going to? Thanks.
P.S- I know the above question sounds suspicious, but if the prez comes to San Diego, I want to go see his plane take off from whichever military base he flies into (SAN is too small for him).

If you live in San Diego, check the media often, and times should be available in the newspaper. The media is really the only source I know of. I do not believe that the White House or the Air Force post that type of information.

Somewhat related...Slick Willie and family spent this past weekend at Lake Placid, NY. They were flown in and out of Adirondack Regional (KSLK) at Saranac Lake. I'm curious as to what aircraft served as Air Force One for this occasion. I'm thinking it was either the VC-32A or a C-9 as KSLK runway 5-23 is 6500 feet long. Is anybody in the know?

It's in October this year for some reason. Doesn't matter though, the weather will still be fine. It is a pretty neat thing to do. The website is http://www.miramarairshow.com.
The actual reason for wanting the know the schedule is not only that I want to just see the plane, but also see how it takes off from Miramar, if it lands there. I want to see how high it goes over the nearest residential areas, as well as how much noise it makes, just to see how a civilian airport (as unlikely as it is) in the area would look and sound like. Since the prez will probably use the VC-25A, which is a classic 747 without noise restrictions, then what I would hear taking off from MCAS Miramar would probably be the worst of what any regular airliner might put out.
I am pretty sure that the if the president comes to San Diego, he will use the VC-25 and land at Miramar, because last time he was here and in the paper it showed a picture of him at Miramar with what I am 90% sure is a 747 tail. Thanks for all the responses so far .
