Not sure if the terms have been made public yet, but here is the article on Alaska's World.

Alaska flight attendants ratify new four-year contract

Agreement covers 2,540 flight attendants

April 27, 2006

Alaska Airlines and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO (AFA) today jointly announced ratification of a new four-year contract covering the airline’s 2,540 flight attendants.

"Flight attendants are ready to move forward and work with the company to maintain and build upon the success of our airline,” said Veda Shook, AFA Master Executive Council President. “We are pleased that this new contract provides a more generous profit-sharing program that rewards front-line employees for their contributions to the bottom line.”

“We appreciate the AFA’s leadership in reaching this multiyear agreement that offers stability for our flight attendants and is consistent with our desire to provide competitive pay and benefits as well as long-term career opportunities for our people,” said Bill Ayer, Alaska’s chairman and chief executive officer. “Customers love our flight attendants, and they continue to set the industry standard for professional and engaging passenger service.”

That is really good. They have a new contract and there didn't appear to be any rumors of a strike anywhere even though it looks like the contract was just barely approved. That is nice in a tumultous industry nowadays. But the Alaska Air Group is a good company. It isn't losing tons of money, and it is slowly expanding.

My job is to make it so your flight is not delayed. Come fly the friendly skies!
