Does B6 offer planeside valet at the jetway door on their E190 flts or are your choices carry on or checked only?

The E-jets don't really do planeside valet like the smaller RJs, at least that's not how we do it. The bins are big enough that it's treated as mainline would be.

The 190s overhead bins are larger than the smaller RJ bins but they are still small in regards to the 320s. We do offer plane side valet to any larger carry-ons that do not fit in our overheads and it will be returned when you reach the next stop.

Gate checked bags. You leave them at the jetway door as you get on, and they bring them to you as you get off.

We do the gatechecking of oversize bags the same for the E190's as the A320's all procedures are uniform as to comply with the new methods unvieled last week at all BlueCities.

We only 'valet check' carry on baggage that is legal carry on size and that could not be accomodated due to running out of OHB space and returned plane side. If the bag is oversized, regardless of whether space was available or not, it will be gate checked and claimed at baggage claim...
