Continental has the Peter Max 777.
US Airways has the new heritage jets with liveries of older carriers that combined to form the present-day US Airways.
Lufthansa has their retro jet.
All members of STAR ALLIANCE have aircraft painted in their Star Alliance livery, with the alliance name in billboard letters and either a black or white tail with the five-pointed star on it.
Many LCC's have special logo-jets with billboards painted on the aircraft.
Virgin Blue has a special 737 (their 50th) I believe, painted in the opposite colors than all the other ones.
Malaysian Airlines have a 744 and a 772 painted in special Hibiscus schemes (red and blue, respectively).
Those are the ones off the top of my head, I'm sure there are MANY more.

Southwest has a number of special paint schemes as does America West (going away soon) on their 757's. America West has them posted on their web site.

Air Canada has a couple that are worth a look. Do a search in the
DB for Air Canada with the words "special" or "livery" or something along those lines to get you started. I would have linked to them in this post but for some reason I cant load the photo search engine page.
