Jet Airways (India) Ltd., the nation's biggest domestic airline, said it may exercise options to buy 20 planes from Airbus SAS and Boeing Co. as it adds overseas routes.
The order, valued at $4.2 billion, is for 10 A330s made by Airbus and 10 Boeing 777s, adding to 20 planes of the same designs ordered in June 2005. The airline wants to operate 130 aircraft by 2009, up from 54 now, Jet Airways Chief Executive Officer Wolfgang Prock-Schauer said in an April 27 interview.

Quoting Atmx2000 (Reply 2): Wonder if they will include any 772LR's if they exercise their options.
They have recently stated that they "don't see a market for the ULH non-stop flights, and plan to focus on flying to the US via a stop in Europe". Hence 772LRs don't seem to be in their plans, just more 773s.
My opinion is that they've got the wrong idea, but only time will tell.
