New York has the most commercial helicopters in the world. Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro also have some

Or have first hand knowledge of something, and pics to back it up. With no pics, and no link to an article, it is only a matter of a few posts before someone screams bloody murder and demands verification.

There was also an outfit called, if I remember, New York Helicopter Airways that provided large-helo service between JFK and LGA. I flew on that service a lot in the 70's. Not the cheapest way to transfer but certainly the most entertaining!

Nice to know there service into the city proper again.

Cordially,

What does it cost to fly these guys and what frequencies do they have?

Which heliports are they going to be using? Will they offer transfer service to EWR and LGA?

Nice photos.

Is my Pan Am ticket to the moon still good?

I took a lot of pictures of them since they started flying, but since uploading is a pain, I keep them to myself. These two tell the story though..

great site, sweet choppers  Smile

$159 one-way...not bad for top notch execs looking to bypass long lines and traffic. A superb idea that seems to be executed very wisely so far.
