Saw a brief thing on the T.V in the Indian Takeaway and couldn't hear it properly!!

A Palmair 737-200 flying BOH-FAO had to return as there was a problem with the undercarriage?

Anyone know anything about this?

So was it the Palmair 737 or a Thomsonfly 737 as they both fly to Faro...??

It was the Palmair flight. I asked yesterday about why the flight was extremly late in arriving at Faro but nothing had been mentioned. On Bournemouth departures and Faro arrivals it showed the EAF flight been about 4 hours late.

I know this was chewed when FR was phasing out it's 732s, but how long can they keep these old birds going?

There was an incident last summer when the Palmair 737 was enroute TFS and the port engine packed up over the channel islands and they returned to Bournemouth and an aborted take off for some reason later in the year - same plane.
