For those which re-confirmed here already it's not necessary to re-confirm again. This goes mainly to the guys on the "Probably" list and the "not Re-confirmed" list.

Here you go:
The plan for July 29th, 2006. (AFTER THE FOOTBALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!)
Meet from 9.30am on till 10.30am, in front of the "Visitors Terrace" at Check-in 2.
Visit of the "Terraces B, + E" and a special bus tour to the touch down zone of RWY 14 and to the runway crossings of the RWY's 16/34 - 10/28.
(Until approx. 2.00pm)
After that, we'll have a lunch brake at "Terrace B", before we go at 3.30pm
again to the bus gate.
The other bus-tour will bring the group to the maintenance area of the airport where we will join an arranged tour offered by "SR-TECHNICS", one of the world leading aircraft maintenance companies. This tour will last for about 2,5 hours.
We'll see how engines, structure, cockpit instruments and components of aircrafts are overhauled.
If were lucky, we might see an test-run of an engine in the engine test facility.
And we will go inside an aircraft which is on that day undergoing B, C, or even D-checks. Possibly we might see an a/c of an airline which is only a costumer of SR-TECHNICS and not flying regularly into ZRH.
At the evening, we could go once more for dinner to the lovely RWY34 restaurant.
Lets see!
This time I'll be limited to 60 people.
Due a higher charge of SR-TECHNICS, the price for the whole package is CHF 25,-- or € 16,--. (A bit cheaper as the planned tour with the flight)
This price can only be maintained when I get around 60 people in the group.
With less people the price might slightly increase.
I'll have to tell "SR-Technics" the exact amount of people by end of May.

I confirm, at least!
Here is my flight info:
BIQ-LYS (AF5433), Embraer EMB-145
LYS-ZRH (AF3476), Embraer EMB120, due at 5:15 PM on friday 28
Return:
ZRH, LYS (AF3477), Embraer EMB120, departure Sunday 30 at 06:05 PM
LYS, BIQ (AF5436), due at 09:35 PM
So ... first, I will be VERY glad to meet you folks in ZRH. One more time, thank you Patrick for that. I hope I will be able to share my flight from LYS to ZRH with other attendees.
To date, I did not see many French guys for this meet, so I figure I will have to speak only English there. Well, good luck everybody
I will also spend Sunday on ZRH, due to very bad fares with AF on my return ticket on Saturday. Well, it's a pretty good opportunity to discover Switzerland
I will book my hotel in the next few days, but I still do prefer to leave some opportunity open in case...
Now, I can't wait for that! Wow, it will be my first time with Embraer aircraft, first time in LYS, first time in ZRH. Love that.

What's "Franais" ? should it be Francais or is it meant to be like "Franglais" I think we can all speak that one!
BTW Just curious how many different nationalities will be getting together for the meet. Just shows how international our hobby and passion for aviation is.
I'm British, but from Italian & Spanish background. How about the rest of you?
Who is travelling the furthest for the meet? Be glad to buy you a drink!
I have booked myself into the Ibis hotel and I will be staying until Sunday.

It was a joke and I will be so glad to share this moment with all of you, both in French and in English
I'm glad to attend for the first time on a a.net meeting.
That said and as I will spend the Sunday in Zurich, maybe there is here some Zurich insider to help me select the best thing to do and see for a first time in the city. I plan to book the Saturday night downtown to enjoy my visit on Sunday.

Well according to great circle mapper I shall be flying 777 miles to get to ZRH, and 844 miles on the return leg. I don't think this will be the farthest flown though, craziest routing maybe
Rpaillard - I'll be on my first EMB145 getting to the ZRH meet too, very envious of the 120 though
In case I make it a beeline-flight HAJ-ZRH it´ll be only 349 miles for me, though I haven´t decided details yet.
I´m still considering spending some days or the whole week before the meeting in Switzerland, which might see me flying into GVA instead (or BRN ), as both airports would be "new" for me. Depends a bit on what to see (as a tourist) and maybe doing some pleasure-flying in Switzerland (as pax).

If you ever come to GVA, IM me and i'll be happy to show you around. As for BRN, that must be one of the most awrkward airports ever. Not only there's almost nothing there but a road cuts into the runway just as some roads cut into a railway !
