Talk about a fickle group.... They formed their own union a few years back, now going to AFA? What do they think they'll get by going to AFA? The new contract has already been negotiated!

Going to the AFA was the original plan(some deny it, but it was). We had to break from the Teamsters, disassociate from the AFL-CIO for 2 years to allow us to bring in the AFA. Well, when the Teamsters broke from the AFL-CIO early last year, that was the greenlight for the AFA to move in. It was then that PFAA cried it was a raid. Guy Meek, Bob Krabbe and the rest of the top officials got too comfortable with those nice, hefty paychecks. PFAA is now broke, and merging with the TWU to save themselves from the lynchmob forthcoming.

Well, money, a lobby, maybe some legitimate corruption.

Speak for yourself. The TA is a long way from being our contract.
