Airbus just released their orders for the month of April. It seems they stand at 99 orders so far, compared to Boeing's 325.

So how do you tell what what was ordered in 2006 on the Airbus spreadsheet??? It is much harder to fathom than the Boeing site.

The user defined reports that allow specific detail searches within the Boeing site are very good.

I find that the thread right here is more accurate than either manufacturers website. Boeing is to conservative and Airbus too liberal in what they post.

2006 Orders (by Hamlet69 Jan 17 2006 in Civil Aviation)

According to the "2006 Orders" thread here, Airbus has a substantial number of cancellations not represented in their numbers, 24, which is 25% of the number stated on their website as "orders".

Boeing 767-300, quickest way to get clear details of Airbus 2006 orders (and previous years), broken down into types, is the EADS website:-

http://www.eads.com/web/lang/en/1024...F00000000400004/6/03/31000036.html

click on 'Monthly EADS Direct Newsletter' on the right, under 'Investor Relations', then the latest month; then scroll down, there's a Table.

That is understandable as Boeing is obviously the better product.  duck

On the bottom, you see the tabs? scroll to the left of the tabs menu, and you will see "orders" along with "deliveries." Those are for this year.
