POS - CM Flights Start To Be Posponed?

CM website had news today:
CM MAR service press relase
The press release did mention that PTY-POS-PTY daily will start the last quarter (October, November or December) of this year, this means not when they first announced.
I could only speculate why delay the start of the POS flights, I'm sure CM won't disclose why.
