Swire has made it very clear that they will remain as the no 1 principal shareholder of CX in the long run.
So I guess the deal is all about Citic selling its stake in KA to Swire/CX and Swire/CX will become the majority shareholder of KA. And I suppose Citic will also sell its stake in CX and Swire will take some of them and uplift its share in CX to 50%+ again. Air China will probably take the remaining shares of CX.
