I want to know, how much of a difference it will make if I attend a 4 year University as opposed to a two year flight college. Do the airlines look a lot more favourably on people with a full university degree as opposed to a college degree, or is any amount of post-secondary considered equal. I'm asking because I have to make a decision this year as to what post-secondary I will attend. I would like to stay in Canada if at all possible. I have it narrowed down to these

http://www.mfc.nb.ca/ - Moncton Flight College

http://www.twu.ca/Academics/Academic_Programs_results.asp?Additional_Undergraduate_Programs_and_Information=Aviation&Additional_Undergraduate_Programs_and_Information2=Studies - Trinity Western University

Also Air Canada's website says that the applications for pilots far exceeds the demand, yet everybody is always talking about the shortage of pilots. Which statement is true?

Does anybody else know of any other Aviation Universities in Canada?

Thanks in Advance
