I sent in a comment on the JetBlue website over the weekend:
Customer name: Mike Hillwig
Message:
PITTSBURGH, PITTSBURGH, PITTSBURGH!
We're being crushed by US Airways here. I really thought Southwest would
be able to give Mr. Wolf a run for his money here, but Herb has
disappointed me.
Can JetBlue rescue us?
I got back a response that I thought was a boilerplate response until I looked more closely at it.

That's pretty cool that they took the time not only to read your request, but to send you something that was obviously personalized. I will be flying Jetblue this Wednesday (Orlando to JFK.) In my phone dealings with the airline, their representatives have been extremnely friendly and helpful. I have been extremely impressed and look forward to flying them.

I want to get in on it!
Can't wait till they come to SYR. US Airways Express DeHaviland's are no fun and very costly. Even worse from ITH! If JetBlue came to ITH, they'd kick ass. With Cornell students, Ithaca College students, Elmira College students, and SUNY Binghampton students, there would be plenty demand. Neeleman you listening? ITH or SYR!!!!
