Hi you all!!
I need to book a flight from bio/bcn or mad to was departing on 28th june returning on 17th august.
Nowadays I got fares from aprox 700€, and I'm wondering if waiting woulb be better, as I have always booked cheaper fares with less time in advance but they have alway been to nyc or ord..and flights to was seem to be always a little more expensive.

You have chosen to fly during summer, which is peak season. Demand for these flights will be high so the longer you wait, the less chance of availability. Don't expect any seats to be left, let alone cheap flights if you wait too long!!
I now live in Australia and am not familiar with whether your fare is a good one or not. It always help to shop around and check travel agents and not just airline websites.

Found the following. There were multiple options for each city using Bargain Finder Plus in Sabre, but I just showed the cheapest for those cities, those dates. Appears MAD on US would be slightly cheaper.

I assumed he meant Washington since he had "was"... but I had to read it twice to catch it. I could certainly be wrong!!

My friend has finally bought the AF one from BIO, he didn't wanted to go to MAD first...
