ANA Considers Low Cost Airline

According to an article in luchtvaartnieuws (source is an article in the FT), ANA is considering a low cost company. If they go ahead with it, it might start in 2009 when the new runway at HND opens. ANA says it would go domestic aswell as international. South Korea and China are a priority for them.
