I've never seen a 346 here Harley, but that's not to say by any means that it has'nt happened. Afraid I can't shed any light as to why. Do you have an eta?

VS aircraft sometimes fly into DUB for service at the SR Technics facility.

G-VOGE was ferried to Zurich for attention from SRT, not to DUB.

Virgin A340-600s are occassional visitors to Dublin for maintenance with SR Technics, but i believe that the DAA made a complaint to SR Technics, about the aircraft being too big for Dublin (It just shows what sort of people,we have running our airports),that is why they are not as regular a visitor as they should be,

G-VFLY was in Dublin for a while, it left this week but i'm not sure if thats a test flight or for other reasons. On the other hand last week i also saw a virgin 346 in DUB parked up around the back of SR Tech. as far as i remember there has pretty much always been one or other Virgin 340 aircraft in SR Tech.

The flight landed at Zurich at 13:04 local time as VS 813P. Don't understand the ACARS showing EIDW though. Check out this photo for proof its arrival at ZRH: http://aerpix.net/01-photos/2006/01-zrh/200605/00-143.htm

Also, the Zurich Airport website shows the arrival time for the flight.

Over the next few months all the VS A346's are having the Y class seating updated (with less Y seats being put back in), and an extra Premium Economy row added.

I would assume that G-VOGE is having this config update done

They're also removing the mid galley and installing water fountains... Its a far better configuration IMO...

Indeed there was a VS A340-600 here in ZRH yesterday. I could see it from my hotel. However, as of this morning it is missing (may be in the hangar). All that is out front now is EK 777 (or may be 330) and an MAS 777.
