Can't book a FF ticket. Yesterday, there was a clear bug that wouldn't allow you to even see flights available, and today it says "this part of the site is unavailable."

Still unable to book a Mileage Ticket, still shows available seats and yet non are available. Still getting shunted to someone in the Phillipines that hasn't a frackin' clue. Still being told to try it after 6/9. Still no answer to the e-mail I sent about the issues with the site.
Ridiculous. It obviously needed at a LOT more testing . . . I'll be spending my $$$ on United.
I imagine, eventually, I'll be able to burn off the 177,878 miles I have in my Dividend Miles account.

I tried downloading the palm timetable - but it is only HP flights. Trying to find out what the nonstops between DCA and FLL yeilded me solely connections via PHX!
I was able to create a profile, however.... finally.

The new site has been really buggy for me as well. Not enough testing was done. I now have to wait for a few weeks to see what my current mileage balance is.
