Im on DL 1496 on Aug 10. There is a first class on this flight. Will this be one of the new song aircraft that has been brought back into the mainline fleet with the updated F product? thanks!

Quoting SESGDL (Reply 2): N6712B, N6713Y, N651DL, and N693DL all now have F cabins and are ex-Song aircraft.
Really !?!
Wow ... that's fast!
Now the big question : we used to be able to tell a DL 757 vs a Song 757 by the seating chart ("normal" 757s have door 2L @ row 19, Song at row 9) ...
Is there any way from the DL website to differentiate between a newly first-classed Song aircraft, versus a normal old-style DL 757?
Other than the missing first class section, the only other change I know of between the DL and Song layouts was the removal of the galley by 2L, allowing something like 6-8 additional seats in the aircraft ...
(NWA 757s are also like this ... seats right up to door 2L)

Actually the song config. a/c had 154 seats in the main Y section while a standard DL 757 has 159 in Y.
As of 12/1 DL is showing 2 class 757s for all routes currently operated by song a/c. However, for both classes, it's showing the layout of a standard 757, not a "new" 757...

Quoting Litz (Reply 9): Will they put the galley back in by door 2L, and start the numbering for coach class at rows 19 and 20, like they do for current 757s ?
