Aer Lingus;
FIRST OFFICER (IR£) £28,500-£39,000 pa
CAPTAIN (IR£) 47,000-86,000 pa

+ Flight Duty Pay, Allowances, Benefits
- Bond, Pension, etc..

Pilot's salaries can very widely, even within one airline on the same fleet depending on experience, hours flown, types of routes flown, night stops etc...
