Have any of the former BA 747-100s changed ownership since their retirement. I know that at least one was broken up in the UK (G-AWNA?) and another was sold to a Middle East operator (Falcon leasing?). What of the remainder, are they still intact. Also does anyone know the scheduled retirement date of BAs 200 series 747s? Thanks, Chris.

One was written off due to shelling in Gulf War II.

I read something about a retirement date of September 2002, but hopefully somebody can confirm or correct this.
