In latest DOT rankings, Jetblue moved up to 5th. Bolstered by better weather in the NE and solid improvment at FLL, Jetblue passengers are seeing better results. April is a heavy seasonal month at FLL, so whatever the FAA did at FLL seems to be working. Newark is still an awful airport.

Delta was number 1 in on time for the month of april. We worked really hard to get it.

What was happening at FLL? Just the usual heavy traffic?

FAA mandated the use of the diagonal runway and the south runway to relieve congestion. I believe Broward County has sued the FAA, so I don't know if those directives are being adhered to. In any case, FLL seems to be turning it around.

Though Delta cutting some 30+ RJ flights is sure to have helped on-time stats at FLL improve  Wink . Of course, good to see DL improving their on-time performance as well.

Is your new runway in ATL completely operational now? I would think that will help your on time stats alot going forward.
