I was just tracking some flights and I got this AF flight 009 from JFK to
It's a 777 and constantly cruising at 616 kn at 37.000ft:
Compared to the other flights that are on JFK - CDG right now it's
cruising like 60 - 70 kn faster.
Is the 777 always going that fast or just 'today'.

Cheers, B737-700

Well, I don't know how to convert kn into km, but for the latest 2 B777-200 flight I have with Malaysia airlines and Singapore airlines (22nd June and 23th of July), MAS was cruising at the speed of 850km/h and SIA was 899km/h. I have forgotten the altitute, sorry, but both flight arrived 30 minutes earlier then the schedule time (PER--KUL and SIN--PER).
