I have confirmation this morning that there is an Air Tahiti Nui A340
parked at the cargo terminal at Piarco Airport, Trinidad, West Indies.

Reason ? No word yet but apparently nothing to do with BWIA. When I
get further word as to reason for visit will post on this thread.

Yesterday, Piarco also had another very rare visitor, an LTU A330 which
apparently took the Trini national soccer team to the World Cup Games
in Germany.

In that case you and other spotters should keep your eyes peeled on the 21st when an LTU charter will be bringing them back from Germany.

Hey,

I am in POS right now, I think I will go and check out the aircraft that are currently there. Would really like to see the TN A340.

Regards,
