For all of you interested, there was an add posted in one of the major Spanish recruitment newspapers today Sunday applying for "captains and co-pilots" with A320 experience.

If Iberia is to cut back operations from Barcelona to give way to CatAir, will they have enough demand out of Madrid to make use of all that extra capacity? Where will CatAir get its aircraft from? It would be logical if both planes and crew would come from Iberia in the first place.
