Another welcome to a.net.
BA's new Club World is still under development and, at present, details are only known to BA Senior Directors and those within BA and its suppliers who are involved in its development. They are all probably bound by secrecy until official announcements are made.
In the meantime, you will have all sorts of people who know the "wife of a cleaner at BA" who has picked up snippets of information, or perhaps VS staff who believe that BA is simply imitating Upper Class. These are just rumours and hearsay. Never believe anything unless a reliable source has been given. In the meantime, we all have to wait with patience to see what BA is planning.

I'd think that the layout will be different to the current one in use, no doubt more leg room, and methinks a self-service bar.
Over time, World Traveler/traveler + and First will be up-dated.
I couldn't confirm this of course

BA announced that they were revamping their whole Club World product (in the air and on the ground). Their announcement was on 15 November 2005. The only substantial information in that announcement was that it would be launched in 'Summer 2006' and would cost £200M.
Since then it has been suggested that the launch date is 6 July and that a newly designed lay-flat bed is included. But this needs to be confirmed.

There is already a 'mock-up' of the new cabin which BA crew attending 'premium academy' training have visited (after signing a confidentiality agreement).
Seats are new, cabin colours new, IFE new, catering new, new self service area in galley.
Maintains same forward/rearward facing layout.
Was due to be revealed on the first aircraft this summer, but reading this weeks BA News, 'autumn' was mentioned.

Thanks for the welcome & responses - Guess we will just have to keep our eyes open & wait and see - whatever they do it won't have much competition from AA's new seats!!!
