Any News On VH/Alas De Centroamerica?

Last time I heard from them was in April: Aeropostal Alas Will Lift Off Soon (by TACAA320 Apr 3 2006 in Civil Aviation)

At that time, this Aeropostal subsidiary had July 15 as the date they would start ops from SJO. However, I haven't heard any recent news, and since July 15 is only a month away, I was wondering whether the start is definite this time, or will be delayed (once again). Any Venezuelan a.nutters on the know?
