Indeed. AA sends 737s, 757s and MD80s up to TUL from DFW to rotate them in for maintenance, since TUL is AA's largest maintenance base by far (and the United States' largest commercial aviation maintenance base by far, as well).
Eagle's fleet is maintained primarily in two bases -- Abilene, Texas and Marquette, Michigan. Abilene, which is actually a wholly-owned subsidiary called Eagle Aviation Services, handles Embraer/Bombardier/SAAB heavy maintenance, while Marquette does all the work on the ATRs and also other Embraer work.
Yep, SAABs are done in ABI. ABI (Eagle Aviation Services) also does all of the initial mod work on the Embraers when they are delivered from Brazil. They fly from Brazil to usually St. Maarten, and then Fort Lauderdale, and then Abilene, where Eagle fits them out with the leather seats, cabin interiors, etc. That hasn't happened in a while, though, as Eagle hasn't taken delivery of a new Embraer since last year.
