Beta Cargo (Brazil) 707 Passenger Flights?

I've looked at www.skyliner-aviation.de and it looks like BETA Cargo in Brazil gives the opportunity to fly on a 707. I could not go deeper because the site displayed the front page of the Skyliner magazine only...does anyone know more about this opportunity?
