Icelandair Delays At SFO

Anyone know why Icelandair 670/671 is so badly delayed? Obviously limited equipment has this rippled over several days - but noticed inbound 670 wasn't due in till 3am or so, with outbound leaving around 5:30 - around 6 hours late. Icelandair website has revised schedule over the next few days, but no reason why.

Thanks for the tip. My daughter is flying tonight on Icelandair out of SFO to Paris and it looks like she will be affected. No news yet what her connection to CDG will look like.

They finally departed at 2:20 - not like their website was stating at 5:48 till the very end. I noticed this with other airlines too - the website info never gets updates and often contains dangerously wrong information (like in this case). If someone was depending on the Icelandair website they would have missed the flight.  Angry

When I flew 671 a few weeks ago, the staff at KEF seemed very relaxed about an on-time departure....with this lone 763 shuttling between SFO and KEF, I would think that they'd be on top of things a bit more...
