I know JFK-HKG is one of them. UA is considering resuming MNL passenger service from NRT or SEL. IAD-NRT is NOT up for consideration.

PUD should be read as PVG = Pu Dong Airport in Shanghai.
United code shares with ANA on flights between IAD-NRT. But I hope UA will relaunch some flights out of Taipei because I believe Taipei is still a big market for US airlines or may be Kaohsiung will be a good idea.

US carriers are still missing vital links into Malaysia and Indonesia - two large and important markets.
...except for Northwest who has wisely teamed up with Malaysia Airlines to offer American travellers Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
