JetBlue has receieved authority from the DOT - the US govenrment:


So that only leaves one other - the government of Aruba.

Quite often, the "other country" government will wait until the airline's "home government" has approved the application before they take action.

I would expect it to be a formality.

Tell me about it! I used to have all the starting dates as well as frequencies memorized. Now I can hardly memorize the cities, let alone the details!
