Where Can I Find A Gate Sign?

Hi-

Does anyone know where I can find an airline gate sign (like the ones you see at the gates)? I have already found something at eBay, but it is too heavy and weird. It is a 75 x 17 x 3 1/2 Piedmont florescent gate sign. It looks cool but to ship it from California to Michigan, it would cost way to much. But if you're interested, search under "gate sign". But please help me out, I just want a plane (pun intenended) wood or resin gate sign.

There is the option of going to an airport, say midnight, and when there is no one around at the gate, you can rip the sign off the podium panel!

Gate Agent #2: Hmm.. Maybe someone stole it! Let's see the survellance cameras!

Sorry, just kidding around! But seriously, have you checked flea markets? Normally you can always find something nice (and old) at them.

I have a regular old Republic Airlines gate sign. Its about 2 feet by 2 feet, and maybe 5 or 6 pounds wood and resin with plastic "flight/ departs" "7:00" and "Newark" inserts for it.

It is a collectors item though, how much would you be willing to pay?
