I'm sorry if this doesn't belong in the aviation forum.

I'm located in New York and am trying to purchase stock in EADS through my Charles Schwab brokerage firm and can't seem to locate the stock symbol. I tried EAD and EAD.PA to no avail. I also looked at using ADR (American Depository Receipts) with no luck either.

Can anyone give me some insight on how to purchase EADS stock from the U.S. ?

Thanks,

E-M-B

Isn't knowledge more than just the acquisition of information? Shouldn't the acquired information be correct?

Thanks for the reply SoBe & Avionpg.

I just purchased some by going through the Schwab Global division. They don't have a seat on the UK or Paris exchanges so they become the middle man in the exchange.

Hopefully they can get some orders at the upcomming show! Maybe gain some momentum.  thumbsup

Nice idea but you're a bit late.
I've already made 25% + since I bought on the day the stock crashed...(some talked, I just am convinced it was the usual panic reaction...) . And I'm told a LH re-order for more 380s is in the pipeline.
The Farnborough airshow ? Can't wait !
