I am confused. After production searchs on Planespotters.net I came up with hundreds of results.

Can anyone tell me what Futuras Current fleet are including registrations and aircraft types. If any are leased or sub leased also.

Is the Futura Airways that EI has a share in (40%) based in spain?

This is the one i am interested in

Tom

Futura is in total 3 different Airlines:
1.There is FUTURA AER the charter/passenger arm
2.FlyAnt cargo arm
3.Futura GAEL charter arm in Ireland to fly charters outside EU

In the moment, 1 B737 is flying for BINTER and 1 for JET2.

As far as I know, AerLingus sold Futura in 2002...

Unfortunaterly, the web-page is not up-dated since 2005!  Angry

Aer Lingus currently holds a 20% stake in Futura which is being kept as an investment.

Regarding the fleet this is where it gets confusing. Futura did say in the past that they were getting rid of the Boeing 737-400 in favour of the Boeing 737-800, however since then they have increased the numbers of the -400s.

According to Futura's inflight magazine (No 19, 2006) the fleet is made up of 11 Boeing 737-800s and 10 Boeing 737-400s. It also says that their turnover was €267 million and they carried 2,663,310 passengers.

The registrations are more fun. According to
www.es-aero.info/rnac/index.php the Spanish registered fleet is:
EC-GNZ 737-4Y0 C/N 25178
EC-INQ 737-4Q8 C/N 25169 (lsd to Binter)
EC-IOU 737-4Y0 C/N 24689
EC-IVR 737-408 C/N 24352
EC-IYS 737-4Y0 C/N 24690
EC-IZG 737-46B C/N 27213
EC-JDU 737-86N (WL) C/N 32655
EC-JFB 737-86N (WL) C/N 32658
EC-JHV 737-8FH (WL) C/N 30286
EC-JHX 737-4S3 C/N 24166
EC-JNU 737-4Q8 C/N 26285
EC-JRL 737-86J C/N 30568
EC-JSJ 737-4K5 C/N 24126
EC-JSS 737-4K5 C/N 24128
EC-JUC 737-322 C/N 24672

The following is from www.flyinginirelandmagazine.com
EI-DGZ 737-86N (WL) C/N 28624
EI-DJT 737-86N (WL) C/N 28592
EI-DJU 737-86N (WL) C/N 28619
EI-DKD 737-86N (WL) C/N 28617
EI-DMZ 737-8FH (WL) C/N 29671

There are some aircraft registered in the US as well, not sure of those ones though
I hope this helps in some way
