Not a chance in heck of that thing passing. Literally every section of the T/A is terrible and should be soundly rejected. Pay rates are horrible.

Could you expand on why? Why would they talk for that long for the union to accept a bad agreement

The union president and the head negotiator both retire in a few years. They got what THEY wanted in the contract, a flat rate retirement. They disregarded the wishes of the pilot group as a whole and as a result, we are going to soundly reject this POS T/A.

Then there is the signing bonus. The TA is a great increase for new hires and S/O's

Browntail metioned Capt. America and his sidekick Herb but failed to mention Dean and Cindy who fought like hell to get what the majority wanted in the TA. The TA is going to pass!!! Tom and Herb will not be IPA officers soon.
