Are they moving towards an all Airbus fleet? What are their plans for their B736s?

No they are not moving to an all Airbus fleet.

They will keep the 736s , and will place an order to replace the oldest A320s and the 737-500s.
In another hand , it seems they will not order A330s to replace A300-600s.
787s in sight ? Perhaps , all will depend if they open Montreal , as it is rumoured.

The A319LR is said to be delivered in August i.e. the coming month, and to be extensively used on the DXB route. Tunisair already operates three (3) A319-111 and if i did understand, it is these three birds that will be fitted with an extra tank to be upgraded to the LR version. If pushed to the extreme limits, these planes will also fly to YUL  Wink

YOu missed my last topic... TU is under a lof of pressure since EK is opening a route to Tunis from DXB : 5 weekly with 332.

They need to step up their service. Hope they will open other routes using these 4 A319ERs.

Next flights : BRU-ZRH-CAI (LX)/ BRU-FCO-TLV (AZ)

It's stupid but i no longer recognize you since you have changed your country flag !!! N'importe quoi... Wink

As i know the Tunisian authorities, they won't let EK play the game and they will certainly impose fares aligned to that of Tunisair, unless a divine miracle  Wink

Tunisair will certainly suffer attracting passengers demanding of IFE, comfort, meals in porcelaine, smiling F/As...

I personally would fly these A319LR to DXB, YUL and other business destinations, and totally withdraw them from the charters schedule !!!

what amazes me is that Tunisair deploys older A320s to business destinations like LHR or ORY and sends the newer ones with IFE to charter cities. No plans at all.

And now they have to improve their products otherwise they will be suffering a lot.

w'Allahi minnek nasma3  Wink but why a Fokker F28 ? They didn't find an older aircraft !!! The judgment day came for Tunisair...thanks to the arrival of Emirates. Now premium service is to decide who's to stay and who's to struggle to survive...at that time i don't know if Tunisian sheet papers will dare to continue applauding the flag carrier. I'm sorry to say that. Karthago is enjoying a special status and its expansion is mainly due to that, and i frankly only believe in Nouvelair.

b4rabbi ne9es mechekel ena w'tzid t'9olli can you take pictures ? Unless from my house but i would need a 300mm minimum !!!  Wink

Inter Airlines of Turkey has a free F100 on wet-lease. Two weeks ago i tried to contact Tuninter to inform them of a possible deal to wet-lease a 100Y but i didn't find the way to do it. There is no e-mail or "fill in the blanks" contact formule !!! I personally contacted the Turkish airline as a broker looking for a few thousands $ to spend some luxury holidays...it's crazy but i did it  Wink no answer till now of course  Wink

What about the flights leaving at 10:30 and 17:45 ? Still ATR used or withdrawn ? Pfff...a Fokker28, i don't want to believe it...

I know what you mean, I got caught once and they nearly destroyed my camera... so you can go and take a look... Otherwise I will do it in 2 weeks time if the F28 is still around. I think it should be leased from Libyan Arab Airlines.
