Whats With All The Junk A/C At IST?

I' ve been meaning to ask this question for a while, whats with all the BEA aircraft(and many more) there many A300's without engines just sitting there taking up space? What will happen to those aircraft, they been there for months already. When everyone is bitching about the lack of space in IST who is allowing those A/C to take space there? Please someone give me the story. Thanks
