HSBC has a major branch banking network in the NYC area.
HSBC has been advertising at airports for years....I think that they started the trend at LHR.

HSBC signed a 5 year deal with the Port Authority in April as an exclusive advertiser
JFK. I'm not sure how widespread this exclusivity is...on the jetways, corridors, bathrooms???

It´s on (and in) the jetways at
T7, as well as on the walls. Makes for good fortelling of what you´re about to experience in a few hours at LHR.
HSBC has had ads in the other terminals for a while, but not on a massive scale. I´m not sure how that has changed now.
